Your data is stored securely on servers hosted via Railway, a cloud infrastructure provider. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We retain your data for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below) or using the in-app delete account feature. We never store your data on our servers unencrypted. Your health information is private and protected.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health information with third parties, with the following limited exceptions:

Service Providers: We use Railway for backend hosting. They process data only on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
Business Transfer: If Monthly is acquired or merged, your data may be transferred — you will be notified in advance.

Children's Privacy

Monthly is designed to be accessible and friendly for users of all ages, including younger audiences learning about their menstrual health. We take children's privacy very seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it. users under 18 are encouraged to use Monthly with the guidance of a parent, guardian, or trusted adult.

Your Rights & Choices

You have full control over your data:

Access: You can view all the data you've logged at any time within the app.
Correction: You can edit or delete any logged entries at any time.
Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Notifications: You can enable or disable all notifications in your device's settings.
